Description
The Burstfire SMG is a Primary Receiver that is unlocked at level 32. It fires 4 rounds when the trigger is pulled. It has a fast reload speed and low recoil, but low damage and range. Another weakness is its fire rate. With low damage and low fire rate, it will take 2-3 bursts to kill, and 1 if all the bullets impact the target. This weapon is strictly recommended for close-quarters engagement without aiming down the sights, as it shares the same accuracy as the Tactical SMG, though only fired in bursts while delivering 10% more damage.
User Guides
Short ranged open sights are the best for the Burstfire SMG. The 28 round magazine capacity limits the user to only 7 bursts. The option of an Extended magazine increases the maximum amount of ammunition in the magazine to 40 rounds, allowing 10 bursts. The bestmuzzle types would be to increase the damage output on the Burstfire SMG which allows single damage of each bullet to be stacked adding to the final damage of all the bullets, as accuracy modifying muzzles do seldom to decrease the recoil or increase accuracy. Rapid firing of this weapon greatly increases the spread and recoil of the weapon(remember, this is still a Sub-Machine Gun), so paced shots are recommended at a range.
