The Customization Menu is the central area where players can customize almost ever aspect of their Receivers, Armor, Gear, and Depot items.

The Customization Menu is the menu in Blacklight: Retribution where a player goes to buy items, customize Receivers, equip Armor, and assign Equipment to Gear Slots.
With the release of the Parity Patch Hardsuit Labs completely removed the previous menu system in favor of the PS4 menus.
