The Damaged Allied R5X is Helmet available in Blacklight: Retribution.
Overview
The Damaged Allied R5X is a special version of the Allied R5X GHOST with identical stats.
When equipped this helmet reduces Health and Head Protection while increasing Run Speed and HRV Recharge Rate.
This helmet could be won through the "RARE HELMET LOTTERY BOX", which was available post-Parity Patch, untill it was removed in the holiday update on the 18th of december, 2015.
