The title itself was primarily given out through a stream hosted on the official Hardsuitlabs twitch.tv account, by LordAlf (Michael Athey - HSLabs employee) and CallMeDomino (PWI Employee).
The title was part of a Parity Patch promotional package which was obtained by using the following reedemable code: IGSR-JLGR-INRG-GIYA given during twitch stream.
The Gift of Gab title was prior to the parity patch only obtained by having 100 referred friends reach level 10.
This title is apparently unnobtaible,it was obtained a few days back in August 2015(Prior Parity patch
