The Redsand VCPD-6 'Hitman' was a premade Tactical SMG for Blacklight: Retribution.

Weapon Overview

The Redsand VCPD-6 'Hitman' was the first weapon of its type to be permanently released into Blacklight: Retribution. It was ideal for close range and greatly increased the player's Run Speed, but suffered from extremely low damage.

Tactics

The "Hitman" was an ideal weapon for players who prefer flanking and engaging enemy players at very close ranges. With the Tactical SMG as this premade's Reciever, the player is provided with a substantial boost to their Run Speed and is further increased with the use of the Light Magazine. This weapon's high fire rate of 950 RPM combined with low spread and recoil should provide more opportunities for players to land head-shots.

The Redsand VCPD-6 'Hitman' was equipped With a silencer and a 1.6 zoom holographic sight. However, it had a damage of only 30, which is very low. Even the Machine Pistol has a higher base damage of 35. Overall, players who enjoy the idea of a "stealth" weapon and play to its strengths should do fine.
