Limited Edition Seananners Voice Pack
Voice Packs are rare items that change the voice of a player's character. Currently, the only way to obtain a voice pack is to gain them from some type of special event. They cannot be bought with zen or GP.
Before the Parity Patch was released trading for these voice packs was common and in some cases is the only way to obtain one.
